Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients

• Chicken breast 1 piece
• Egg 1
• Starch 20g
• Breadcrumbs 20g
• Black pepper powder 2g
• New Orleans marinade 15g

How to Cook

• Step 1:

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, put them in a bowl, add the marinade, black pepper, and starch, and mix them well.

• Step 2:

Add the eggs to the bowl, mix them evenly, and coat them with the breadcrumbs evenly.

• Step 3:

Place the processed meat pieces on a cooking tray, preheat the oven, and set Air Fry with the temperature at 190°C(375℉). Bake them for 8-15 minutes.

• The semi-finished popcorn chicken also can be an alternative.
• Adjust the baking time and temperature according to the size.
