Halloween Ghosts Meringue Cookie

INGREDIENTS:
- 100g?purified water
- 260g granulated sugar (for boiled sugar)
- 140g egg white
- 40g sugar
- A little food coloring
- Some cookies
How to Cook?
- Step 1
Pour water and?260g sugar into a small pot of boiled sugar, cook on low heat to 120℃(250℉).
- Step 2
At the same time, start to beat the egg whites, add 40g of sugar to the egg whites in 3 times, beat until smooth
- Step 3
Pour the boiled syrup into the egg whites in a small amount several times, and use a whisk to beat at high speed until the egg white lines are clear and shiny.
